COURSE REFLECTIVE NARRATIVE
World Languages and Cultures 300 helped me prepare through out my studies towards my major. I took this course in fall of 2013 with Professors Donaldo Urioste and Yoshiko Saito-Abbott. During this course I was taught the path to follow in order to achieve a B.A. in Spanish and culture. I was given information to about MLOs. The professors provided us with material to start planning our final project (Capstone). I worked with professor Urioste to make course plan for the next three semesters. This helped me figure out what courses I had already taken and which ones I still needed to take to earn a BA in Spanish. We also got the opportunity have different guess speakers that introduced us to different job opportunities that relate related to our studied field. The speaker also advice us how we can obtain a teaching credential, or if decide, what are the options for grad school. We also wrote our personal statement and a resume as future references.
